CranioSacral is administered on a massage table. The client wears comfortable clothing. The therapist works to ascertain the rhythm of cerebral spinal fluid throughout different areas of the body. The indications of this rhythm guide the therapist towards those parts or areas that need to be addressed. Often, then a soft tissue manipulation of NO MORE than 5 grams of pressure (weight of a nickel) is applied and held to create a gentle release or unwinding of the constricted tissue.
