GOD,  INFINITE INTELLIGENCE, HU, ALMIGHTY, PRIME CREATOR, BUDDHA, THE DIVINE, ETERNAL SPIRIT, VISHNU, LOVE, HIGHEST  SELF, UNIVERSE, I AM THAT I AM, GRANDFATHER SPIRIT, KRISHNA, ALLA, WAKAN TANKA, JEHOVAH, CONSCIOUSNESS, HIGHER POWER, ALL THAT IS…there are infinite names for that energy, or power, that we may think of as the “Ultimate Reality”. Call it what you may, but acknowledging that there is a force, a power, within or without, that you may work with…is the first step.

The next step is working with that energy and creating a solid foundation, a spiritual foundation, which is something CONCRETE to utilize, not only when life situations become challenging, but more so on a day-to-day, moment by moment, basis. It is in this way, working constantly with conscious awareness of intention and attention…that we find the solutions to difficulties most readily available and waiting for us. Without such awareness, we cannot see or find the solutions even though they exist.

Therefore, it is a good sound practice to continuously examine the Spiritual Foundation on which you build your life…the thoughts, ideas, words, and actions entertained and expressed.
