THERE ARE ENDLESS STYLES OF YOGA……Iyengar, Astanga, Bikram, Hatha, Kripalu, Power, Kundalini, Sivananda, Viniyoga. You have to experiment, experience, and explore as to which style is best for you. Regardless of your choice, the underlying philosophy and purpose for yoga is common among all the different styles…that is to strengthen the body, make it more flexible, calm and FOCUS the mind, AND awaken the Spirit.

The Health Benefits (i.e. better posture, better breathing) are AS numerous, if not more so, than the different styles. The main thing to keep in mind…Is to pick a style that is right for YOU – And only you can determine that!
